The location is ideal for families with kids, making it easy to explore the centre of Santa Ponsa, which is filled with shops and entertainment options. The beach is just a stone's throw away, so we enjoyed relaxing moments together while my mom loved the stunning sea view from our room.
My kids wished for better amenities for families. it would be great if there were activities tailored for them.

For anyone thinking about this
Beautiful beach views and a spacious balcony made our stay delightful. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, enjoyed with scenic seaside sights. Cleanliness was top-notch, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. A lovely retreat for couples, though families may find fewer amenities suited for children.

The rooftop terrace offers stunning views, providing a nice spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The proximity to the beach—just a two-minute walk—is a solid advantage, especially if you're looking for quick access to the shoreline.
The pool area is cramped, overshadowed most of the day, with only a handful of sunbeds available—16 beds for 64 rooms means you'll be fighting for loungers each morning. The breakfast situation is chaotic. items are scattered, leading to confusion as guests hunt for essentials like butter or tea while dealing with a poorly designed layout. many rooms vary significantly in quality. one had excessive mold that couldn't be addressed, while another was well-kept but lacked essential comforts like a kettle. Traffic noise from the busy road, especially during the day, makes relaxing in your room challenging. Don't count on extra amenities, either—expect hidden costs for simple amenities like the safe or fridge.

The friendly staff promptly provided a kettle upon request, enhancing the stay. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a variety of choices, including delicious marmalade. the room was quite cramped, and it was disappointing to learn there was an extra charge for a refrigerator. Despite a great location, the overall experience felt overpriced given these concerns.
